Pre-registration ends on May 14th, 2009. Any registrants wishing to attend either the Banquet or the Hobo Breakfast MUST have their registrations postmarked by 5/14/2009 in order for your request to be fulfilled. Registrants will need to register at the convention host hotel starting on Thursday, May 21st after the cut-off date. 

Please note: All operating sessions have currently been filled. We are currently putting peoples names on waiting lists that are indicating interest in ops sessions. You will be notified if a spot becomes available for you.

Check-in for the Convention will be at the Convention Host Hotel, The Greeley Clarion Hotel and Convention Center. Check-in times each day are as follows:

• Thursday, May 21 - 12:00pm till 5:00pm
• Friday, May 22 - 8:00am till 12:00pm, 1:00pm till 5:00pm 
• Saturday, May 23 - 8:00am till 12:00pm

 You will receive your credentials for the convention once you check-in. Please DO NOT loose your name tags that you will be issued. These are your key to get into the events of the convention. Your packet will contain all of the information you will need to attend the events you have selected.
