The 2009 Rocky Mountain Region Convention will be held in Greeley, Colorado from May 21 to May 24, 2009. The convention is hosted by the Northern Colorado Division of the Rocky Mountain Region of the National Model Railroad Association. The theme of the convention is " Trains, Planes, Cars and Boats " .

Events scheduled for the convention include:

• Grand Opening of the Greeley Freight Station Museum
• Train Show at Island Grove Park
• Multiple Layout Tours
• Non-rail activities
